Postpartum Doula Packages

I am passionate about the sacredness of the postpartum season. I feel deeply that women deserve to be held in their fragility in this space, as they navigate the newness of themselves and their new babe. I believe in supporting women to do less and be more in this time - be more attentive to themselves so they can continue to tend to the needs of their little one(s). This means practical support in the form of nourishing warming foods, healing rejuvenating massage, breastfeeding and babywearing support, and physical tasks of care and service to ensure mother and baby can enjoy as much time as possible connected and rested.

A POSTPARTUM DOULA HELPS...

  • Support women during the motherhood journey; some like to say that doulas’ mother the mother’;
  • Support new parents to bond with their baby and spend time together;
  • Emotional support is a given with every visit, holding space for all of the complex feelings that arise in the postpartum period;
  • Provide evidence-based information about baby care and breastfeeding, as well as provide an extensive connection to resources, professionals and hotlines;
  • Navigating new family dynamics and will use this understanding to support positive communication;
